The service

Aurix is a live TV and on-demand streaming service delivered over the internet. You need a compatible device and a stable internet connection. Picture quality depends on your device and connection speed (we suggest at least 15 Mbps for HD and 25 Mbps for 4K).

Plans and payment

• Plans are one-time payments for the length you choose (1, 3, 6 or 12 months). There is no auto-renew.
• Prices are shown in US dollars on our pricing section and may change. The price you see when you order is the price you pay.
• After you send your order, we email you a secure payment link. Your plan is activated after payment is received.
• The number of screens you choose is the number of devices that can stream at the same time.

Your account

Your login details are for you and your household. Please do not share, resell or publish them. We may suspend a subscription that is shared beyond the number of screens you paid for.

Acceptable use

• Use the service only for personal, non-commercial viewing.
• Do not copy, record for redistribution, rebroadcast or resell any content.
• Do not try to disrupt, hack or overload our systems.

Availability

We work hard to keep the service running smoothly, but we cannot promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Channels and titles may change, be added or be removed over time. Problems caused by your own internet connection or device are outside our control.
