Aurix respects the rights of copyright owners and expects the same from its users. If you believe material connected to our website or service infringes your copyright, please let us know.

How to send a copyright notice

Email a written notice to aurix_support@aurixtv.com with the following information, as required by the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512):

  1. Your name and contact details (email address and phone number).
  2. A description of the copyrighted work you say has been infringed.
  3. A description of the material you say is infringing, and where we can find it (for example a web address).
  4. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent or the law.
  5. A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act for the owner.
  6. Your physical or electronic signature.

What we do

When we receive a complete notice, we review it and, where appropriate, remove or disable access to the material. We may pass your notice, including your contact details, to the person who posted the material.

Counter-notice

If you believe material was removed by mistake, you may send us a counter-notice by email with your contact details, a description of the removed material and where it appeared, a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the removal was a mistake, and your signature.

Repeat infringers

We may end the accounts of users who repeatedly infringe copyright.

Please be accurate

Knowingly sending a false notice can have legal consequences. If you are not sure whether something infringes your copyright, consider speaking to a lawyer first.
